Dr. May Rosenzweig began her journey into cognitive care in 2018, performing cognitive impairment assessments while pursuing her PhD. During this time, she continued caring for her medical patients and recognized a growing need in her community for a provider who could offer compassionate and patient-centered cognitive care.

In 2021, Dr. Rosenzweig earned her PhD in Nursing with a focus on healthy aging, dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease. Her academic and professional dedication deepened her commitment to improving the lives of older adults.
The passing of her mother-in-law, Nina Rosenzweig, in September 2024, inspired Dr. Rosenzweig to establish her own practice, honoring Nina’s memory. With Nina’s blessing, Dr. Rosenzweig dedicated her practice to serving the health and well-being of older adults in the South Florida community.

Dr. Rosenzweig began her academic journey with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the City University of New York - Lehman College, followed by a Master’s degree in Nursing from Columbia University, where she specialized as an Adult Nurse Practitioner with a subspecialty in Acute Care.
She further advanced her expertise by earning a PhD in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University, focusing on healthy aging and conditions related to Alzheimer’s and dementia.
With a robust background as a Primary Care Provider for 20 years, her practice includes the management of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) to severe dementia, providing meticulous cognitive impairment assessment testing for individuals with memory complaints. Dr. Rosenzweig also offers concierge care services to older adults requiring internal medicine.
